Below you can find how to enable the time tracking integration:
1
Firstly, copy the address of your Microsoft Outlook calendar account in a .ics calendar format. We recommend generating the private link as shown above.
2
In TimeCamp, go to settings, then locate the integrations tab and select Calendar settings. Once on the subpage, just simply paste the calendar link you generated earlier.
3
We also prepared an additional feature. If you want to automate the process of assigning your calendar events to specific projects just simply use the meeting/event name as a keyword in the project. Here you can find more information on how to define project keywords in TimeCamp.
Once you see how much time you or your team spent on a given task or project, it gives you more insights on how to allocate resources and better distribute work.
You don't need to constantly switch between apps to make sure that you're properly tracking your time at work. TimeCamp does it for you so you can focus on your work.
With the time tracking integration enabled, you can just use Outlook to keep track of all of your projects, asks and assignments. Now, all of your time entries will be stored in one place.
Remember, you can't improve something if you're not measuring it! If you're tired of the constant guessing, give TimeCamp a go!
